We are in search of 2-3 Intern Team Members qualified or with some experience and a strong desire to learn in one or more of the following areas:

Social Media- Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, other social media platforms, social media marketing, digital marketing, adobe photoshop, writing, web content, video editing, creativity, adobe illustrator, content creation, social media management, campaigns

Writer- Copywriter, blogs, email marketing content, other content creation, web-product & course copy enhancement, engage with followers & target audience

Customer Integration Interaction (CII)- Third party customer integration (we use Kajabi & you would need to get to know it inside out)

Live Events- Assist with event creation of, workshops, seminars, retreats, help organize, set up, back of the room & guest services

The ideal candidate must understand and support Infinite Activations' model and work closely with the owners to promote the company’s vision.

The duration of the apprenticeship is 6 months where you will apply and develop real-life professional skills.

Intern will learn and be exposed to:

• Daily interaction with the executive team and other interns working towards the same goals
• Take part in our company’s strategic planning meetings and get to present your own ideas
• Execution of ideas suggested by the intern’s findings
• A fun and upbeat learning environment
• Learn from the most successful in the Industry and the habits that made them the best
• Learn about our company’s work processes, project management, tools, workflows and best practices
• Learn about marketing strategies and how our areas of expertise converge towards them
• Participate in meetings, help conduct market analysis and marketing audits
• Help (re)create client brand identities
• Help create compelling customer experiences and storytelling
• Understand the different marketing needs
• Help our team research, brainstorm, create and deliver marketing campaigns
• Help develop effective, SEO-optimized marketing content for blogs, email campaigns
• Help create and measure the ROI of PPC ads
• Learn the foundations of web design and website maintenance (no coding needed) and how that is essential to marketing

Responsibilities, depending on position with some cross over:

• Work directly with the Founders
• Social Media Calendar Creation
• Photo and Video creation & editing
• Blog Writing
• Post creation
• Social media management and engagement
• Creation of engaging social campaigns and building and growing social followers and community

• Ability to connect IA clients/prospective clients with IA courses, events and coaching.
• The candidate needs to be able to coordinate with all media opportunities in a timely manner.

 Work Location:

• On site (Imperial Beach-after Covid) & remote

Working days:

• Founders work Mon – Saturday (Intern required-min 2 days- min 6 hours)
• Flexible schedule around Intern’s schedules BUT scheduled
• Weekends as needed and agreed

Job Types: Part-time, Internship, Contract (6-month commitment)

Internship Compensation:

• This is an unpaid apprenticeship
• College Credit (where applicable)
• Strong job reference
• Potential for paid position with company
